about_me

I have been working in international arbitration since 2012, representing clients in commercial arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and SCC rules.

I have been representing private as well as state-owned entities from the CIS, Western and Eastern Europe. My experience is focused on construction and energy disputes, including in the oil & gas and nuclear sectors, and disputes regarding bank guarantees.

Between 2012 and 2016, I was a member of the international arbitration group of White & Case LLP in Paris. In 2017 I set up my independent practice, YP Consulting.

I assist companies and individuals with their international business law tasks and questions. I also collaborate with other high-profile lawyers offering our clients a flexible and cost-efficient solution.

In addition to counsel work, I regularly act as tribunal secretary in international commercial arbitrations.

I am a French-qualified lawyer with a Masters degree in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier, and a Bachelors of Law from the University of Aix-Marseille. I also have a graduate Business degree from Frederick University in Cyprus.

I am trilingual in Russian, English and French, and have some proficiency in Spanish, Italian and Greek.
